VibroSonic Mind Spa
This is our traditional Sound and Light therapy session and very accessible to people new to this type of experience.
Our state of the art vibroacoustic therapy tables with specially produced entrainment music facilitates effortless meditation and expanded states of awareness. The experience also induces deep relaxation that works to restore balance to the mind/body complex. The sound massage table calms and soothes the nervous system, which reduces stress and anxiety, and activates a relaxation response healing.
Optional Light Glasses add another dimension to the experience. Bright light therapy helps to release feel good neurochemicals. The synchronized flashing along with the music works to balance brain hemispheres. Also stimulating the visual cortex produces a fun psychedelic effect while reducing thinking mind activity. The glasses are worn with eyelids closed, and not recommended for those with seizure disorders. Blindfolds are available if preferred.
This treatment is recommended before a Float session to jump start the relaxation response healing and meditation process. Also very effective as an integration process after a Float. Sessions are usually 30 minutes when combined with a Float, and 60 minutes in length as a stand alone treatment without Float.

Individual or Tandem sessions are available without Floating. We have two sound tables so we can accommodate 1 or 2 people. Rate for 60 minute single session is $55 or $100 tandem session (two people at the same time).
